Optimal State
Everything we are a part of wants to be in its optimal state: from the ecosystems we participate in, the organizations we work in, to the physical bodies we inhabit. All of these things will naturally try to be in balance and will send us clear signals when they are not.
Restoration, ritual, and integration are the three pillars of my approach.
Restoration: is understanding and prioritizing recovery within a system (whether that system is within yourself, a family, a community or organization) so that it can process higher bandwidths of information more effectively and support the highest level of functioning possible.
Ritual: is finding practical and accessible habits that build resiliency and capacity, enhance quality of life, and enable sustainability.
Integration: is dedicated space to cultivating awareness of present state and creating conditions to be at full agency for directing future state.
When these pillars combined effectively, possibilities become limitless.
