I am a space holder and educator for individuals, groups, and organizations seeking to cultivate their optimal state and thrive. In a world that urges us to seek answers outside ourselves, I guide people back to their innate intelligence — and show them how to harness it.

My work integrates Energetics (sound healing and Reiki), Coaching, and Transformational Event Design to help you establish and sustain foundational health practices and health-sovereignty.

I am the bridge that connects you to the wisdom of the past with what wants to emerge now. I’m there when you need help to cross over obstacles to access all the parts of life, and yourself, that belong in your story. The further you want to go, the more I have to offer you.

My training and experience spans nearly 15 years. I am a Certified Sound Healer, Certified Reiki Master, ICF Certified Coach. I am also a pro-bono contributor to the Medical Sound Association (www.MedicalSoundAssociation.com) and Sound Education Association (www.VibeAcademy.live).

Our world, our families, our communities, and our psyches need more of us modeling permission and acceptance for living in alignment with our values, even in the face of fear or adversity. When each of us does this, we open the door for others, and ultimately create what we truly want for ourselves and the world. I can't think of a more critical thing for each of us to prioritize than developing our consciousness and capacity in this way.
