Order Fulfillment

Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 3-5 business days (please allow 7-10 business days during holidays). This does not include shipping time (see section on “Shipping”).

You will receive a confirmation email when an order is fulfilled.

NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time orders only domestic orders can be processed via the website.

For International orders, please contact me directly.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping charges are based on weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

SHIPPING TIME

After your order has been fulfilled, additional shipping time is determined by the carrier (UPS, FedEx or USPS).

Once your order has shipped, Becky Pezely | Rituals Rising is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, inaccurate mailing addresses, or unforeseen delays with carriers.

Returns & Refunds

PHYSICAL ITEMS

No returns on purchases of physical items that require shipping.

Each product is ensured for quality before shipping. Becky Pezely | Rituals Rising is not responsible for damages in shipping process. Please file a claim with the carrier if there is damage to an item.

EVENTS, WORKSHOPS

Requests for refunds are accepted up to 3 days prior to the event. The refunded amount will exclude transaction processing fee.

If less than 3 days prior to the event start you can cancel your registration and receive credit for future events.

Terms & Conditions

All orders are processed securely via this website. No private or sensitive information is retained (such as credit card numbers). Orders cannot be processed via phone or e-mail.
