Practical guidance
This space does NOT provide all props. There are 10 yoga mats available to borrow. If there are more than 10 people there will not be enough mats for everyone. Please bring what you need for comfort and warmth. Suggested props are a yoga mat and any extra padding to lay on, or folding chair if you prefer to sit. (Optionally) An extra blanket for warmth, pillow for under head and/or knees, and eye cover (I also have about 15 sanitized bandannas to share if you don’t have an eye cover). See FAQ for more information.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing (dress on the warm side and in layers, body temperature can tend to drop during session).
Hydrate well (before and after).
Avoid eating large meals within 1 hour before; snack ok.
Event Info
Sound healing is an ancient practice that is safe, noninvasive, and accessible to almost everyone. It is a rare opportunity to gift yourself an experience of being without effort.
This modality uses a concert of vibrations (i.e. frequencies) to create capacity in all of the body’s systems by activating it’s natural abilities to promote cellular regeneration, balance hemispheres of the brain, and releasing energetic patterns of that are the precursor to “dis-ease.”
Use this time to support yourself with restoration and alignment so you can focus your energy on what you truly want to create.
See FAQ for more information.
